Primary Functions: Processing and closing of real estate transactions. Duties and Responsibilities: Loading of files. Review of commitments and documents. Clear Title. Prepare Settlement Statements in compliance with earnest money agreements and lender instructions. Complete closing packages (internal and lender documents). Schedule closings and close transactions. Set-up recording packages. Responsible for files being balanced prior to disbursement. Marketing as needed. Satisfy all requirements to maintain required licenses. Notary Public Assist in training of Escrow Assistants as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements: Education - High school education or equivalent. Experience Required - Not applicable Skills - Minimum of two years Escrow Closing experience with a title company and the ability to close a minimum of 40 files per month. Working knowledge of various loan programs. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to self-proof work. Typing with a minimum of 35-40 wpm. Must be licensed with the Division of Insurance (if not currently licensed upon hire, must obtain license within first 2 months of employment). Tenure
